Recent research by Look Who’s Charging has found that, of those who do not have access to enrichment within their banking app, 98% would like to see further details surrounding where they spend their money.
Australia has one of the World’s most digitally engaged populations with 73% of people using digital banking at least once per week. Providing a better digital experience is therefore likely to be key to retaining and acquiring new customers, especially younger generations.
